PAPHOS BLACK OLIVE DELIGHT
8 large black olives, stoned
Sea salt
Charcoal grill the olives on a skewer until spitting hot.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle liberally with salt.
Place 3, 5 or 8 hot olives in the mouth. The resulting explosion clears the head.
Follow this with a glass of ouzo and continue your journey to Aphrodite with clarity.
