I'm just your average art-and-culture-lovin' world-travelin' Latin-quotin' pescetarian DJ sort of girl.

Urban hiking is my sport of choice, though I do own a tent and a sleeping bag for the occasional outdoorsy jaunt. I love the Bay Area, which is why I live here, but I also enjoy visiting cities like London, New York, LA, Chicago, Miami, Amsterdam... The list goes on and on. My mom was a flight attendant for Pan Am and I swear she passed down her travel bug to me.

My Rockwell engineer dad, on the other hand, instilled in me a deep and abiding appreciation for all things geeky, ie slide rules and space exploration and natural history museums. I also blame him for the fact that I like to put together IKEA furniture for fun.
